4. GOVERNANCE
4.1. ETHICAL CONDUCT We maintain high standards of ethics and integrity in our business operations. We will: • Maintain consistent and accurate financial reporting practices. • Engage in responsible management, use, and protection of personal information, following applicable privacy and data protection laws. • Encourage reporting of unethical or unlawful behavior through our established communication policy and anonymous hotline. 4.2. BOARD OVERSIGHT Our Board of Directors will provide oversight and guidance on ESG matters to ensure alignment with our values and long-term sustainability. 4.3. ACCOUNTABILITY AND REPORTING We work with a globally recognized third-party business sustainability rating organization to assess our ESG performance and to provide recommendations regarding how to adapt our policies and practices to reflect evolving ESG standards.
