This Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy outlines our commitment to ESG principles and serves as a guide for our actions and decisions. We have been awarded a Bronze designation by EcoVadis, an

independent sustainability benchmarking organization that assesses companies’ performance on international sustainability standards.
